What do you call a band that sounds like a mix between The Cure, Lycia/Estraya, BATZZ in the Belfry and Dead Artist Syndrome? Days are Nights, that's what you call it.
Never heard of Days are Nights? Well, that's perhaps because this band is from São Paulo, Brazil. Yes Brazil, the same country as Individual Industry, Lilian Vaz, Uniglory and City Lights.

Last January i've posted my first mention of Splyntr on this site and in March the band took the demo offline, much to the dismay of people who were actually curious about what i was raving about.
Now many moons have passed since then and the Kwantes brothers are almost ready to release their very first full-length CD, entitled "Noise and Brotherhood" and we have managed to extort from them an advance, though unmastered, copy of the upcoming album.

November sees the launch date for Paradoxx side project "TEMPLAR". It comes as a limited CD release, which includes a 12 page full colour booklet including a bonus track, "Witch Hunt (black plague mix)" that has already had great responses from radio and Goth / Industrial clubs alike. |
