Alas, i would like to say "okiedokies" but i can't.
You see, the links section is driven by a script and that script retrieves certain info from a website when the site is added. If there isn't a description for your site, then either something went wrong when adding the site (it happens, but is rather rare) or you are missing that particular piece of info from your website that the script tries to retrieve.

So what should you add to your site to make sure that it does work?
Well, make sure that you can directly edit your website, downloading a copy of your website to your harddisk would do the trick nicely. If you don't know how to do that, ask your ISP or hosting provider (or ask your webmaster if you have one)

To edit the document, i would advice you to use a texteditor like Notepad because what you will have to add is not much and where you should add it is very easy to find, even if you don't know the first thing about HTML.

Step 1:
Make sure that you have full and physical access to the file index.htm or index.html because you need to open that in your texteditor.
Opened it? Good, then it's time for the next step.

Step 2:
Now that you have opened it, you should see something like this near the top of the document:

<html>
<head>
<title>Title of your Site</title>
</head>

This text could be preceeded with other text, but don't let that throw you off, it's quite normal. The text that is shown in italics is text that could be different for you.

Now change that text to this:

<html>
<head>
<title>Title of your Site</title>
<meta name="description" content="Describe your website here, use as many text as you like.">
</head>

Make sure that you change the italic text to what is appropriate for your site.

Step 3:
Now save the file and FTP it to the server and presto, you have a description for your site.
Well, that's not all of course, the very last thing to do is to drop us a line and tell us that you want the info for your site updated because you have changed the description.
Once we have updated your site info, the description will show up in the links section.

Final note:
There is an even bigger advantage to having a description tag on your site. Not only will BMGIP show it so that others know what to expect from your site, but there are also searchengines that index these descriptions and show them when someone is doing a search where your site comes up. So by adding this description, you are helping yourself, you are helping BMGIP and you are helping others to find their way to your site!

Good luck in adding a description!

P.S. some redirection services like dot.tk and cjb.net allow you to enter a description in your accont settings on their site. These will be used instead of the description that you have entered in your HTML code.
However, having a description both in your HTML code as well as with these redirection services is important, you may one day decide to move your site to another server or your redirection service may suddenly decide to use the description in your HTML code instead of their own.
