It is always annoying to search for something that you know ought to be there, but still, you can't find it. Let me try to help you here. First, lets's find out how you were searching, there is not a good way or bad way, just different ways. Two different ways, actually. Searching from the Links section The first and most obvious way to look for a link is by using the searchbox in the Links section, if that search comes up blank, you may be trying to find your link in a category where it isn't. By default, the links section only shows one category. If you then do a search through the searchbox, it will only look in the CURRENT category for what you are looking for. To omit this problem, you would want to change the display mode, here's how to do that: Near the top of the page you should see the text "Display Mode : [One Cat] | by Alpha Grouped | by Cats Grouped | by Alpha Not Grouped".
All display modes, with the exception of "One Cat" allows you to search the entire database without caring about categories and stuff. If you have selected the "by Alpha Not Grouped" display mode and still the link you were looking for didn't come up in your search, then we have not (yet) linked to that site. In that case, fFeel free to add that link to the database if you happen to know it. Searching from the menu If you have done a search from the menu, then you have searched the entire site. You have searched through articles, FAQs, links, the lot. If that still came up with nothing, then you can be pretty sure that what you were looking for just isn't to be found anywhere on BMGIP. In that case, feel free to submit a link to that site or band (make sure that you are registered and logged in, though!) Trackback(0)
