Editor's description: Daren Klank who, for a brief time, was in the massively popular Circle of Dust. Klank released his first album on Tooth 'n Nail records titled Still Suffering.
The album sounds quite a bit like Circle of Dust but with a far more aggressive edge. Klank's lyrics are about the scorn of the world and the betrayal of friends on this release.
Klank's second album Numb still maintains the aggression of the first album with a little more emphasis on electronics. In many ways it sounds very similar to the final COD release Disengage. The lyrics let up a little more on this recording.
Klank has had many question his faith and his views on certain subjects. Klank once replied "KLANK never was, isn't now and never will be a Christian band. Were just a band. I write lyrics about life, how I see it and how it affects me and those around me. Think of it as a page out of a diary. If it's spiritual, so be it ......if its not, then so be it ".

If you like guitar heavy industrial metal with just a hint of Death Metal, Klank may be worth checking out.
