It is with tremendous regret and heavy hearts that we bring you this news.

Carl Crandell, Owner, President, and Founder of PsychoAcoustiX Records passed away in the early AM hours on December 6, 2005.

Carl had a great love and passion for music, thus why he created PsychoAcoustiX Records. He believed in the power of music and was convinced that it could change the world. He was not only the owner of a label, but a good friend to all of his artists. He will be missed by all who knew him and treasured his friendship.

Carl is survived by his Wife, Daughter and Granddaughter. The family is requesting that all gifts and donations be sent to the following address:
